Ingredients
  Curly dock greens 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Cook curly dock in simmering salted water in covered pot 20 minutes.
Drain well.
Season with juice, margarine and pepper.
