Freezing Dandelion Greens

Ingredients
  Young dandelion greens 1 Pound (Freshly Picked)
  Boiling water 2 Quart, salted
Directions

Pour boiling water over rinsed and drained dandelion greens.
Let water and greens sit 3 minutes.
Drain well.
Pack greens in freezer bags and freeze.
May be thawed and used in any cooked recipe calling for dandelion greens.
