Venison Vegetable Bundles

Ingredients
  Venison steak 4
  Carrots 4 , cut into sticks
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Potatoes 4 Medium, sliced
  Green peppers 2 , cut into rings
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place 1 steak each on a square of foil.
Divide remaining ingredients among the four foil squares, topping and surrounding meat.
Tightly seal foil around meat and vegetables.
Cook over coals in campfire 1 hour or until carrots and potatoes are fork tender.
