Oven Fried Veggies
|Bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into bite sized pieces|
|Italian salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix dry bread crumbs with parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the cut up vegetables with salad dressing.
Roll the vegetables into the bread crumb mixture.
Place on the prepared pan.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
