Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 3 Large
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Peel sweet potatoes and cut in half crosswise.
Cover potatoes with salted water in a large saucepan.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender but still firm.
Drain potatoes and cool.
Slice potatoes in 1/4- to 1/2-inch slices and set on a plate.
Mix melted butter and oil with garlic powder and nutmeg.
Brush potatoes with flavored butter.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook sweet potato slices over medium-high heat until potatoes are warm on the inside and crisp on the outside (about 1 minute per side).
Remove to serving dish and sprinkle with salt.
