Sweet Potato Surprise
|Canned sweet potatoes||15 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Large Can)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Corn flake crumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Grease the bottom and sides of square 8x8 pan.
Mash sweet potatoes with brown sugar.
Shape 1/3 cup of potato mixture around marshmallow.
Brush with butter, roll in corn flakes, and place in pan.
Repeat with the remaining marshmallows.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until coating is light brown.
