Vegetable Melange

Ingredients
  Condensed chicken broth 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Cornstarch 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen broccoli spears 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Or 284 Gram Each)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package, 284 Gram)
  Carrots 125 Milliliter, thinly sliced diagonally
  Diagonally sliced celery 125 Milliliter
Directions

In frying pan, combine broth, cornstarch, soy and ginger; add vegetables.
Bring to boil, stir.
Reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
