Meat And Potato Bake
|Baking potatoes||4 Large|
|Canned luncheon meat||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|American cheese slices||3 Ounce, cut in half diagonally (4 Pieces)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Rub potatoes with oil.
Wrap each potato in 18x 12-inch rectangle of heavy-duty foil; seal edges well.
Grill over medium coals for 1 1/2 hours; turn frequently.
Remove from grill; unwrap.
Slice each potato crosswise into four pieces.
Cut meat in half crosswise; cut each half into six slices crosswise.
Insert slices of meat between potato pieces.
Reassemble potato; rewrap in foil, closing top.
Grill till heated through, 10 to 15 minutes more; turn twice.
Remove foil; place 2 cheese triangles atop each potato.
Sprinkle with Parmesan; serve with butter.
