Ingredients
  Oil/Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Bay leaf 1
  Fresh dill 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Celery stalks 1⁄2 , finely diced
  Potato 1 , peeled and diced
  Carrot 1 , peeled and diced
  Green apple 1 , cored and diced
  Tomatoes 2 , diced
  Zucchini 2 Small, diced
  Cauliflower 3⁄4 , divided into florets
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, heat oil.
2 Add onion and fry until transparent.
3 Add all the herbs and vegetables.
4 Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5 Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes (or micro wave, replacing oil with butter, on HIGH 4 minutes).

SERVING
6 Serve hot.
