Glazed Apples And Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Apples 2 Large
  Sweet potatoes 4 Medium
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Teaspoon
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

Boil sweet potatoes until tender, but still firm, and allow to cool.
Then peel, slice, and place potatoes in a shallow casserole dish.
Peel and slice apples; sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
Fry apples in hot butter until slightly soft; arrange apple slices in dish with potatoes.
Add molasses to butter in pan and bring to a boil.
Pour over casserole; sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
Bake at 325 degrees, 30 minutes
