Broccoli-Potato Bake

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Small, peeled and diced
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen chopped broccoli 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Cook, drain, and mash potatoes with margarine, salt, and milk.
2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
3. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes.
4. Put in casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
