Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 1 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2) Lightly grease a baking tray.
3) In a baking dish, place the potatoes in single layer.

MAKING
4) In a pan, melt the butter and sugar together and stream over potatoes.
5) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, basting occasionally with butter mixture.

SERVING
6) Serve the Candied Sweet Potatoes hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
