Sweet Potato Pudding
|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sweet potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled and grated|
|Granulated sugar replacement||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
Pour into a well greased pudding dish.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 30 minutes or until set and top is lightly browned.
