Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Almond milk 3 Tablespoon
  Ionized sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Steamed whole head of cauliflower. Sautee garlic in one teaspoon of coconut oil. Mashed cauliflower with hand blender. Throw in sautéed garlic, almond milk, and salt, mix and serve.

Hey OmarIsuf, I Wonder when i saw the title of recipe video is Mashed Potatoes, but in ingredients you posted cauliflower. But when i saw the full video recipe then came to know that you are very smart using cauliflower to make mashed potatoes.:))
