Spinach Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
  Crepes 8
  Swiss cheese 4 Ounce, chilled (113 Gram)
  Fresh mushrooms 10 Small
  All purpose flour 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Eggs 3
  Mayonnaise 125 Milliliter (Blender, 1/2 Cup)
  Frozen chopped spinach 5 Ounce, thawed and thoroughly drained (1/2 Package Of 10 Ounce Or 284 Gram Size)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Bacon slices 4 , crisp fried and crumbled
Directions

Fit crepes into greased muffin cups, forming fluted tart shells.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Assemble Salad Maker with Shredder Disc and large bowl.
Process cheese.
Change disc to French Fry Cutter.
Process mushrooms.
Add flour, toss to coat, and set aside.
Assemble Mixer.
In small mixer bowl, beat eggs at LOW until blended.
Add mayonnaise, drain spinach, salt, cheese, and mushrooms; beat at LOW until mixed.
Spoon into prepared crepe tart shells.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes.
