Spinach Cheese Tarts
|Swiss cheese||4 Ounce, chilled (113 Gram)|
|Fresh mushrooms||10 Small|
|All purpose flour||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Mayonnaise||125 Milliliter (Blender, 1/2 Cup)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||5 Ounce, thawed and thoroughly drained (1/2 Package Of 10 Ounce Or 284 Gram Size)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Bacon slices||4 , crisp fried and crumbled|
Fit crepes into greased muffin cups, forming fluted tart shells.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Assemble Salad Maker with Shredder Disc and large bowl.
Change disc to French Fry Cutter.
Add flour, toss to coat, and set aside.
In small mixer bowl, beat eggs at LOW until blended.
Add mayonnaise, drain spinach, salt, cheese, and mushrooms; beat at LOW until mixed.
Spoon into prepared crepe tart shells.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes.
