Mixed Vegetable Side Salad

Ingredients
  English cucumber 1
  Broccoli head 1 , cooked (In Flowerets)
  Carrot 1 , pared and grated
  Cheddar cheese 3 Ounce, julienned (90 Gram)
  Vinaigrette 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Of Your Choice)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Do not peel cucumber.
Cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and slice.
Place cucumber in bowl with cooked broccoli, carrot and cheese.
Season and toss.
