Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely shredded cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Bias cut celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Inch)
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In 2 1/2 qt glass casserole melt butter (high) 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients.
Microwave (high), covered, 5-7 minutes, stirring once.
Rest, covered, 5 minutes.
