Carrot Ring

Ingredients
  Carrots 7 Pound, diced and drained
  Eggs 3 , well beaten
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Tone's)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well to mix.
Pour into a well-greased ring mold.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until set.
Unmold onto a heated serving plate.
