|Carrots||7 Pound, diced and drained|
|Eggs||3 , well beaten|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Tone's)|
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well to mix.
Pour into a well-greased ring mold.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until set.
Unmold onto a heated serving plate.
