Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cocoa 4 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
Directions

Combine margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
Beat in flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves.
Stir in zucchini.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 325° in 9x13 inch pan.
