Fran K Potato Bake
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced cooked potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Frankfurters||6 , slashed|
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender; stir in soup, water, and mustard.
Pour into 1 1/2 -quart shallow baking dish (10 x 6x2"); top with frankfurters.
Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes or until hot
