Ingredients
  Bouillon cubes 2 (Or Envelopes, Chicken Flavor)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 150 Gram, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 Large Bunch)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Savory 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pitted ripe olives 6 Ounce, drained weight and each cut in half (1 Can)
Directions

1. In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat bouillon and 1 inch water to boiling. Add celery; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until celery is fork-tender. Drain.
2. In large bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and savory. Add celery and olives; toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate mixture at least 4 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
