Ingredients
  Red pimentos 1 1⁄2 Pound, washed (Remove Seeds And Membranes.)
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

1. Wash red pimentos, remove seeds and membranes.
2. Cut in halves or quarters.
3. Boil in salted water for 3 minutes.
4. Pack in jars, cover with hot syrup and seal.
Boil until sugar is dissolved.
