|Green bell pepper||1|
|Yellow squash||6 Small, sliced|
|Plum tomatoes||2 , cut into eights|
|Corn kernels||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet.
Add the onion and saute until lightly browned.
Add beans and water.
Cover and cook until beans are tender.
Add the remaining ingredients; cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
