  Unsalted butter 1 Teaspoon
  White onion 1 , chopped
  Green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), snapped
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green bell pepper 1
  Yellow squash 6 Small, sliced
  Plum tomatoes 2 , cut into eights
  Corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Melt butter in a nonstick skillet.
Add the onion and saute until lightly browned.
Add beans and water.
Cover and cook until beans are tender.
Add the remaining ingredients; cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
