Raw Mixed Vegetable Spaghetti

Here's a delicious, low-calorie, extremely high-nutrient recipe we're almost certain you'll love!
Ingredients
  Zucchini 4 , thinly lengthwise, spiralized or grated
  Tomatoes 3 , chopped
  Cauliflower head 1⁄4 , finely chopped
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Italian seasonings 1 Tablespoon (Heaping)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar/1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place the zucchini and tomatoes in a medium-large salad bowl. Put all of the other ingredients into a smaller bowl and stir until it's all mixed nicely together. Pour the "smaller bowl" mixture into the zucchini and tomatoes, then toss/stir gently. Eat at room temperature, or refrigerate for a few hours (or for however long you want). This should be eaten within a day of your making it. Yummy! Yummy!
