Green Beans And Julienned Celery
|Young green beans||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Celery ribs||2 Large (About 10 Inches Long)|
|Fresh pepper||To Taste|
Cut off ends of beans.
Cut ribs of celery in 2-inch lengths and julienne.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and drop beans in to cook for about 7-8 minutes.
Remove and refresh in cold water.
Add julienne celery and cook for 5-7 minutes.Taste for tender-crunch vegetables.
Add butter and squeeze on lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
