Sweet Potato Cookies

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Concentrated acesulfame k/Three 1 ounce packets 9 Gram (Three 3 Gram Packets)
  Nonfat cream cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sweet potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, mashed
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg/Egg substitute 1
  Oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apple 1 , peeled, cored, and chopped fine
Directions

Beat together the sugar, acesulfame-K, and cream cheese until smooth.
Add all the other ingredients except the chopped apple.
Beat the mixture well, then stir the apple in.
Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
With the back of a spoon, press each cookie into a patty.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
