|Broccoli florets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrot slices||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Vegetable cooking spray||2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||11 Ounce|
|Onions||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Pour over vegetables.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
