Ingredients
  Asparagus pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broccoli florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrot slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Vegetable cooking spray 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 11 Ounce
  Onions 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Pour over vegetables.
Cover.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
