Stir Fried Cucumbers

Stir Fried Cucumbers is a delicious recipe which you will love to serve to your friends and family. This is something which I tried on my last weekend party and it was a great hit. So, why dont you try the same and share your experience with us!
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 5 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. Peel and cut each cucumber in half length wise; remove seeds. Then cut cucumber halves into 1-inch chunks.
2. In 4-quart saucepan over high heat, in very hot salad oil, cook cucumbers, stirring quickly and constantly, until evenly coated with oil. Add water, soy sauce, and sugar. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
