Green On Green
|Brussels sprouts||8 , halved|
|Broccoli||125 Milliliter, cut into flowerets (1/2 Cup)|
|Snow peas||60 Milliliter, finely sliced (1/2 Cup)|
|Butter||4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)|
|Canned green peas||12 Ounce (341 Milliliter)|
|Raw spinach||60 Milliliter, finely shredded (1/4 Cup)|
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch Brussels sprouts for 4 minutes. Add broccoli and snow peas and boil for 2 minutes. Drain under cold running water and set aside.
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute Brussels sprouts, snow peas and broccoli for 2 minutes, then add green peas, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
– Add spinach just before serving.
