I had a fascination for this Green On Green recipe from when I was small. Make the best use of this Green On Green recipe.Njoy!
  Brussels sprouts 8 , halved
  Broccoli 125 Milliliter, cut into flowerets (1/2 Cup)
  Snow peas 60 Milliliter, finely sliced (1/2 Cup)
  Butter 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Canned green peas 12 Ounce (341 Milliliter)
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Raw spinach 60 Milliliter, finely shredded (1/4 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch Brussels sprouts for 4 minutes. Add broccoli and snow peas and boil for 2 minutes. Drain under cold running water and set aside.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute Brussels sprouts, snow peas and broccoli for 2 minutes, then add green peas, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
–  Add spinach just before serving.
