Pan Roasted Sweet Potato Chunks are my all-time favorite. The flavor of this Pan Roasted Sweet Potato Chunks was good, just make sure that you brown them properly. You will definitely make it again!
  Sweet potatoes 3 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon

1. Peel sweet potatoes; cut into 1-inch chunks.
2. In 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter or margarine. Add sweet-potato chunks. Cover skillet; cook 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender and browned on all sides.
