I have made something close to this Grilled Summer Vegetables before and hence had expected this Grilled Summer Vegetables to turn out this nice.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  French tarragon/Purple ruffles basil / lemon basil / chive blossom / piccolo basil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Japanese eggplants 2 , halved lengthwise
  Zucchini 2 , halved lengthwise
  Yellow squash 2 , halved lengthwise
  Red onion slice 4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Sweet red pepper 1 , quartered and seeded
Directions

Whisk oil into vinegar.
Brush vegetables with vinaigrette.
Prepare barbecue at medium-high heat.
Grill vegetables until tender, about 4 minutes per side.
