Fried Udon & Vegetables
|Japanese noodles||14 Ounce (420 Gram Package)|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, cut in slices|
|Stalk celery||1 , cut in slices|
|Carrot||1 , cut into matchsticks|
Cook noodles as package directs.
Heat a small amount of oil in skillet.
Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add celery and carrot and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Place noodles on top of vegetables and cover skillet.
Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender.
Remove cover and season with tamari and sesame oil.
Mix and saute for 3-4 minutes longer.
