Fried Udon & Vegetables

Fried Udon & Vegetables is a quite popular dish in Japanese cuisine. Fried Udon & Vegetables is also easy to prepare. If you were looking for something different, this is it!
Ingredients
  Japanese noodles 14 Ounce (420 Gram Package)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, cut in slices
  Stalk celery 1 , cut in slices
  Carrot 1 , cut into matchsticks
Directions

Cook noodles as package directs.
Heat a small amount of oil in skillet.
Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add celery and carrot and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Place noodles on top of vegetables and cover skillet.
Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender.
Remove cover and season with tamari and sesame oil.
Mix and saute for 3-4 minutes longer.
