I love this Gado-Gado recipe. Gado-Gado is another one of my unique and 5 star rated recipes. You will love it!
Ingredients
  Chopped onion 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Bay leaf 1
  Ginger root 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
  Peanut butter 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Honey 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Water 720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan, cook the onions, garlic, bay leaf and ginger in butter.
When onion becomes translucent, add the remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Simmer on lowest possible heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
