Fillet Steak With Mixed Vegetables is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. A mouth-watering Fillet Steak With Mixed Vegetables will tempt you to prepare this dish on every party!
  Fillet steak 3 Ounce, very thinly cut across the grain
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Ginger sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Drop
  Egg white 1⁄2
  Cornflour 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cucumber slices 1
  Celery strip 4
  Green pepper strip 4
  Sweet red pepper strips 4
  Salt To Taste
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3⁄4 Clove (3.75 gm), or 1 small clove, finely chopped
  Vinegar boiled rice 1 Teaspoon (Chinese Style)

Place meat in a basin.
Add pinch sugar, tiny pinch pepper, sherry, sesame oil, egg white, cornflour and water.
Work well together with fingers; lift out mixture; throw back into basin.
Repeat to force dressing into meat.
Leave aside.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in frying pan.
Add vegetables, except for garlic, salt, pinch sugar and Ve-Tsin, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Toss all about for 3-4 minutes.
Put on heated dish; keep hot.
Wipe out pan.
Heat remaining oil.
Add garlic, meat mixture and vinegar and quickly cook for 1 minute over high heat.
Turn mixture on to vegetables.
