Chicken N Vegetable Stir Fry
|Boneless chicken breasts||1 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Broccoli florets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snow peas||2 Ounce|
|Carrot||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut into thin strips (Red Or Green)|
|Golden onion recipe soup mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Vinegar||1 Teaspoon (White Or Rice)|
|Hot cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken with vegetables over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until chicken is golden and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Thoroughly blend golden onion recipe soup mix, cornstarch, ginger, water, soy sauce and vinegar; stir into chicken mixture.
Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
