Chicken N Vegetable Stir Fry

Chicken and vegetable stir fry is a flavorful and peppy stir fry made with chicken strips. Cooked with a golden onion soup mix with ginger and soy sauce to taste, the chicken is prepared with a slight and thick sauce. Simmered to a finish, it is served with the sauce over rice or noodles.
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Boneless chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Broccoli florets 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snow peas 2 Ounce
  Carrot 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut into thin strips (Red Or Green)
  Golden onion recipe soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon (White Or Rice)
  Hot cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken with vegetables over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until chicken is golden and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Thoroughly blend golden onion recipe soup mix, cornstarch, ginger, water, soy sauce and vinegar; stir into chicken mixture.
Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
