Sweet Potato Pone
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet potatoes/Yams||32 Ounce, drained (Two 16 Ounce Each)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Miniature marshmallows||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted.
In medium bowl, combine butter, sweet potatoes, egg, milk, sugar, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; mash until smooth.
Spread into same casserole dish; cover with plastic wrap.
Cook at HIGH 8 to 9 minutes, or until heated through.
Top with marshmallows.
Cook, uncovered, at HIGH 1/2 minute.
