Mini Mistletoe Turnovers
|Onion soup mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Ricotta cheese/Creamed cottage cheese||16 Ounce (About 2 Cups)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||3 Ounce (About 1 Scant Cup)|
|Refrigerated crescent rolls||24 Ounce (Three 8 Ounce Packages)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large bowl, combine onion soup mix, eggs, spinach and cheeses.
Separate crescent rolls according to package directions; cut each triangle in half (to make 2 smaller triangles) and flatten slightly.
Place 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on center of each triangle; fold over and seal edges tightly with fork.
Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
