Zucchini Medley

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Zucchini 24 Ounce, sliced 1/4 inch thick (Four Medium, Each 6 Ounce Pieces)
  Celery stalks 4 , finely chopped
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced, separated into rings
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine tomato sauce, zucchini, celery, onions, green pepper, salt, garlic powder, oregano and pepper; mix well.
Cover with lid.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cook on COOK 6.
After time appears in display window, stir twice.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at MEDIUM 20 minutes; stir twice.
TO COMPLETE: Stir, let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Top with cheese
