Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Fresh broccoli 1 Pound
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cut into julienne strips
  Onion 1 Small, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  Dried crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shelled sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim and discard tough ends from broccoli stalks.
Cut stalks into thin slices.
Separate heads into flowerets.
Heat Oil in large skillet.
Add broccoli, zucchini, onion and red pepper.
Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add mushrooms.
Stir-fry 1 minute longer, or until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in sunflower seeds and soy sauce.
