Citrus Candied Sweet Potatoes
|Canned sweet potatoes||32 Ounce, drained (Two 16 Ounce Cans)|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Margarine/Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In 2-quart shallow baking dish, arrange sweet potatoes.
In medium bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch; add orange juice and margarine.
Pour over sweet potatoes.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.
