Marshmallow Topped Sweet Potatoes
|Yams||17 Ounce, drained and cut in half|
|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut potatoes in half and arrange in single layer in buttered baking pan.
Dot with margarine and drizzle with honey.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and spoon honey sauce from bottom of pan over potatoes.
Sprinkle with marshmallows and return to oven long enough to lightly brown marshmallow topping.
