|Lime jell-o||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red pimentos||3 , cut into pieces|
Dissolve the Jello in hot water and set aside to cool.
When it begins to set add the grated vegetables and pimento.
Pour over fish before it sets firmly.
When firm unmold on lettuce leaves.
