|Dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Put meat into a large bowl and add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; mix lightly until well blended. Divide into 6 portions. Shape each portion evenly and firmly around a flat or round wooden stick. Roll meat in crumbs until well coated.
2. Arrange "drumsticks" on a microwave-oven-safe roast rack set in a 2 1/2-quart microwave-oven-safe open oval casserole, alternating meat ends and stick ends. Cover with waxed paper.
3. Cook in microwave oven 15 minutes at Medium-High, or until meat is done; rearrange and turn drumsticks over twice during cooking period.
