Cornerways Crumble

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Swiss muesli 1⁄2 Pound
  Rhubarb 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed
  Grated orange rind 1
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange slices 3 (For Garnishing)
Directions

1 Place the butter in a 1 litre/1 3/4 pint (4 1/2 cup) jug and microwave on full power for 1 minute.
2 Stir in the muesli. Mix well to coat with butter.
3 Layer the rhubarb with sugar, orange rind and orange juice in a 1.75 litre/3 pint (7 1/2 cup) ovenproof glass casserole dish.
4 Sprinkle the muesli mix on top. DO NOT COVER.
5 Microwave, uncovered, on full power for 7-10 minutes.
6 Stand 3 minutes before serving hot with fresh cream. Alternatively, serve cold, decorated with slices of fresh oranges.
