Creamed Vegetables

A good vegetable side dish is inevitable if you want a good and healthy diet. That is how I came up with this delicious Creamed Vegetable recipe! For my children Creamed Vegetable is the only dish where the vegetables are actually tasty!!!
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cooked and drained
  Carrots 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cooked and drained
  Cabbage 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cooked and drained
  Beans 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cooked and drained
  Medium white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Make the white sauce, pour over vegetables, and serve hot.
