Ingredients
  Sliced raw potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced raw onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground raw beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Place in layers in medium casserole: Season layers with 2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Bake at least 2 hours at 350° F.
