|Garbanzos/Dried peas||2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked overnight|
|Green onions||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Cover peas with water and bring to a boil.
Add water to cover again and bring to a boil again.
Turn down heat and simmer 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
Chop anchovy fillets and combine with remaining ingredients and peas.
Chill for several hours.
