Baked Sweet Potatoes In Foil
|Vegetable shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||4 Teaspoon|
1. Wash, scrub, and dry sweet potatoes. Rub short ening over entire surface of potatoes and wrap each loosely in aluminum foil. Seal open ends with a double fold.
2. Place on grill and bake about 45 minutes, or until tender. Turn several times for even baking.
3. Loosen foil. Make a slit in top of each. Put brown sugar and butter on top.
