Sweet Potatoes With Apple
|Unsalted margarine||15 Gram|
|Sweet potatoes||3 Medium, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick|
|Sweet apple||1 Large, cored and sliced thin (Delicious)|
|Light brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Pinch|
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Grease a 9 inch pie pan with 1 teaspoon of the margarine.
Lay the sweet potato and apple slices in the pan in a circle, alternating and overlapping the slices.
Mix the brown sugar and nutmeg together and sprinkle over the potatoes and apples; dot with the remaining margarine.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
