Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1⁄2
  Carrots 2 , cut into 1 pieces
  Celery stalks 2 , cut into 1 pieces
  Green peppers 2 , sliced
  Green olives 3 Ounce
  Pimento 2 Ounce
  Black olives 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (Or 1 Small Can)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 Handfuls)
  White wine vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine marinade; add vegetables.
Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Refrigerate 24 hours
